Medical and claim assistance, claim payment and administration services under the Policy are provided by our Administrator.
*Life, Accidental Death at 66 and Critical Illness coverages are underwritten by American Bankers Life Assurance Company of Florida and Involuntary Unemployment, Total Disability, Disability Requiring Hospitalization and Loss of Self-Employment Income coverages are underwritten by American Bankers Insurance Company of Florida. Dismemberment coverage is underwritten by TD Life Insurance Company. The Toronto-Dominion Bank receives a fee from each insurer with respect to premium collection. 5 The insurer will pay the amount of the outstanding credit balance to The Toronto-Dominion Bank subject to maximum coverage limits as outlined in the Certificate of Insurance. Restrictions and limitations apply.

7 Up to 212 days but not longer than the maximum number of days allowed under your Government Health Insurance Plan (GHIP) for travel outside of Canada.

9 Answering a health-related questionnaire is required to determine eligibility for this product. Depending on your eligibility, all stable pre-existing conditions will be covered.
